1. Introduction

Welcome to Aesthetics Art. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before purchasing any service.

2. Services

Aesthetics Art provides creative and strategic marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Photography

• Videography

• Media Management

• Advertisement Assistance

• Website Creation & Maintenance

• Social Media Strategy & Branding

• Content Creation

• Influencer Marketing

• Car Videography Services

3. Payments

• Full payment is required before the start of any project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Certain services may require a deposit prior to scheduling.

• Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery.

• All invoices must be paid on time to avoid delays or cancellation of services.

4. Refund Policy

Photography

Refunds are only issued if Aesthetics Art cancels the scheduled session.

Videography, Media Management & Advertisement Services

These services become non-refundable once production or campaign work has started.

Website Services

Website creation, development, and maintenance fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Car Videography

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice.

5. Website Maintenance

Website maintenance may include:

• Content updates

• Hosting coordination

• Security monitoring

• Performance optimization

• General upkeep

Maintenance plans are customized per client agreement and are non-refundable once billed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary materials, approvals, and communication in a timely manner.

Delays caused by missing materials or lack of communication may impact delivery timelines.

Approval requests and revision feedback should be submitted within 3 business days.

7. Revisions Policy

Most services include a limited number of revision rounds.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

All revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All creative work remains the property of Aesthetics Art until full payment has been received.

Upon final payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for its intended purpose.

Aesthetics Art reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional material unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Client information and project details will remain confidential and will never be shared without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aesthetics Art is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

11. Traffic & Visibility Guarantee

Aesthetics Art may offer promotional marketing packages that include a visibility goal of up to 50,000 clicks, impressions, or views over a 12-month period.

This goal is based on consistent campaign management, client cooperation, approved advertising budgets when applicable, and active service agreements throughout the promotional period.

While Aesthetics Art implements proven marketing strategies designed to maximize exposure and performance, exact results may vary depending on industry, competition, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and client responsiveness.

The 50,000 clicks/views promotion applies only to qualifying packages and campaigns specifically outlined in writing between Aesthetics Art and the client.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between both parties.

If unresolved, disputes will proceed through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
